✅ Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Customized or personalized products (with names, logos, or special designs) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or with a printing error.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
💳 Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
🔄 Exchange Option
- Exchanges are available for size or design issues (where applicable).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.
